Mix together 1 1/3 c. powdered sugar and 2 Tablespoons of milk if you want a glaze (I added more slowly to get the right consistency)
Begin heating your oil in a pot on your stove. I warmed mine up on medium heat and it was hot enough to cook the donuts
To create donuts flatten biscuits and use something to put a hole in the middle of the biscuit. I used an apple corer to create mine. Or tear up the biscuits and ball them up for bite size donuts.
Carefully place the biscuit in the oil. After about 3-4 minutes check the biscuit and flip it.
I placed mine on to a cookie rack on a cookie sheet to drain excess. We then rolled into the icing and placed back on the rack to let extra icing drip off and put sprinkles on them!
For our donut bites we rolled them in cinnamon sugar instead of the icing
