Chicken Pot Pie Muffins


  • 1 can of cream of chicken/Potato
  • about 3/4 cup of milk
  • 1 pound of cooked chicken breasts shredded
  • 1 bag of frozen vegetables we used corn
  • 2 cans of biscuit dough
  • Any spices you want


  1. Mix together all the ingredients (I started with less milk and added till I got the consistency I wanted) Except the dough)
  2. Spray muffin pans with cooking spray
  3. Press biscuit dough into the muffin pans, pressing down to make room for the filling to fit.
  4. Bake for around 15 minutes at 400-degrees.
