Warm your oil in a frypan/skillet on low to medium heat, be sure this pan has a cover.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
Once the oil in the pan is warm brown your chicken on both sides of the breasts, this takes about ten to fifteen minutes but the chicken won't be thoroughly cooked.
Remove your chicken from the pan to a plate when it has browned on both sides.
Add back in the chicken and reduce heat to low and cover the pan with the lid.
Then serve with rice or noodles!!
