This Hamburger Soup Recipe is kid friendly! Plus its a easy and quick for a busy weeknight. Made out of pantry items its perfect to whip up last minute!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Lb Cooked Ground Beef
  • 10 Oz Canned Tomato Soup
  • 10 Oz Can of Water
  • 2 Wans Beef Broth
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Box Cooked pasta

Instructions

  1. In a pot start boil water to cook the pasta.   

  2. Brown or defrost your ground beef, strain the grease if needed.

  3. In another pot combine the beef broth, water, corn, minced onion and start to bring to a boil.

  4. Strain pasta when is it done and add to the pot with the broth mixture and add the cooked ground beef.  You can add in more seasoning or spaghetti sauce at this time. 

  5. Simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavor to cook into the noodles and meat.  

  6. Serve!

Recipe Notes

*Your corn should be strained

*Shape posts or rotini make the dinner fun for kids

* I make  my  broth out of Better Than Bullion
