Place your corned beef into your dutch oven. Now I cut mine in half to make it fit the pan but if you have a larger dutch oven you won't need to cut your corned beef down.
Pour in your first beer and also your cup of broth as well.
Next pack in your vegetables around the Corned Beef. Now I did the smaller potatoes because of the size of my dutch oven but you can use any size as long as they fit in.
Pour in more beer till you have the amount of liquid you want. Mine was about half of a second bottle, you will want there to be liquid to steam the cabbage in to later.
Sprinkle the seasoning packet that came with the Corned Beef, now I only did half because I planned to make my Guinness Crockpot Corned Beef And Cabbage Recipe using the other half.
Place into your oven and allow to cook for about 2 hours and then flip the corned beef over.
Allow the Corned Beef to keep cooking for at least two more hours.
A half-hour before cooking cut your cabbage into wedges. Insert the wedges of cabbage around the Corned Beef in the broth.
Allow the dutch oven to cook for at least another half hour. If it goes a bit over it won't affect it much.
