Fill a bowl with water and garlic salt, enough to cover your chicken tenderloins.
Add your chicken tenderloins to the water and allow them to sit in the brine for about 15-30 minutes. (I allowed this to set while I got the other ingredients ready and also the rest of dinner together.)
In a bowl, mix together the panko, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder.
Mix the dry ingredients well with a fork until it is well blended.
In another bowl, crack your eggs and whisk your eggs for the egg wash.
Spray your Air Fryer racks with non-stick spray.
Drag a tenderloin through the egg wash and then coat in your bread crumb mixture.
Next, spread the breaded chicken tenderloin on your Air Fryer rack.
Repeat the process until all your chicken tenderloins are coated.
Place your racks in your Air Fryer and close it up.
Turn your Air Fryer to 375 degrees and set the time to 30 minutes, I ended up cooking mine for 35 minutes.
