Ground Beef
Taco Seasoning
Pillsbury Biscuits
Shredded cheese
Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 350 Degrees
Brown your ground beef.
Season your ground beef with taco seasoning
Spray your Muffin Pan with nonstick spray
Open the roll of biscuits and pull them apart.
Tear each biscuit apart in half to make 2 biscuits out of one biscuit dough.
Flatten each of the biscuits and press them down into the pan.
Fill each biscuit muffin cup with seasoned taco meat. (Mine was about a 1 1/2 tablespoon of meat in each one)
Top each muffin cup with a pinch of cheese.
Bake for about 15-17 minutes till the bread is done.
