Meatlovers Breakfast Casserole

This Meatlovers Breakfast Casserole is sure to be a hit with your whole family!! Easy to make and very filling perfect for a family brunch!

  • ¼ lb of thick cut bacon chopped up
  • 15 ounces of frozen shredded hash browns
  • ½ package of sausage link
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 Ounces Shredded cheese
  • Chopped green onion
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. In a large frying pan warm up about 2 Tbsp of olive oil and preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Chop up your sausage and your bacon
  3. In a separate frying pan start to fry up your bacon and your sausage
  4. Place your hash browns in your frying pan with oil and start to cook them up. Salt and pepper to taste as well
  5. Spray a casserole pan with a nonstick spray. Now I used an 8×8 Pyrex glass pan. I love these pans because you can see the food cooking but also the handles!! You can just grab the pan and go, using oven gloves. They have helped the kids to be more confident in the kitchen too.
  6. Once your hash browns are cooked dump them in the casserole pan
  7. Once the bacon and the sausage are cooked up layer them on top of the hashbrowns
  8. Beat together your eggs and pour over the sausage and the bacon
  9. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the eggs are done!
