Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Anaheim Peppers

  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 5-6 Anaheim Peppers
  • 1 tube of Jimmy Dean® Pork Sausage
  • 1 lb of Wright® Brand bacon
  • Toothpicks

  1. Slice your Anaheim Peppers and de-seed them. You will want to make a long slice down the whole pepper and then slots at the top.
  2. Rinse off and pat dry your peppers
  3. In a frying pan, brown up your Jimmy Dean® Pork Sausage, you can do other flavors but we like the regular
  4. Once browned move the Jimmy Dean® Pork Sausage into a bowl and mix together with the cream cheese, I find it easy to do when warm so as to allow the cream cheese to soften faster.
  5. Using a spoon, or your hand, stuff the peppers with the Jimmy Dean® Pork Sausage and cream cheese mixture.
  6. Wrap your stuffed Stuffed Anaheim Peppers with slices of Wright® Brand bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  7. Fire up your grill
  8. Grill on the top rack or on the lower rack. Be sure to keep an eye on them in case the bacon drippings catch fire.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
