This Garlic Chicken is easy to make and a hit with the whole family!! Plus it is also low weight watchers points as well as fulling and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Chicken breasts
  • 4 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 4 Tbsp of Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp of olive oil 
  • Foil 
  • Nonstick Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
  2. Spray a 9X13 pan or sheet pan with non stick spray adn then line a 9X13 pan or sheet pan with foil and then nonstick spray,
  3. Next lay in your chicken breasts in your baking pan on top of the sprayed tinfoil.
  4. In a small plan warm up your olive oil and add in the minced garlic on a med-high heat.
  5. One the oil-garlic mixture is warm add in the brown sugar and cooking into a thick goey mixture
  6. Pour the garlic mixture over the chicken, use a basting brush to cover the chicken breast completely
  7. Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until it temps out at 160 degrees and done.
  8. Serve with rice or a side salad!!
  9. This chicken is also so good that I eat it just by itself as well, and the cold chicken is amazing in salads as well!!
