Start out by chopping up your onion and cilantro up, the amount of these can be done to your family's taste preference.
In a bowl combine together the topping ingredients and allow it to rest for about 30 minutes. (I placed mine in the fridge while the meat is marinating)
In a Gallon Ziploc Bag throw in all your marinade ingredients without the pork chops.
Either shake or squish the bag around to mix the marinade ingredients before putting the pork chops in the bag.
Allow the pork to marinate for however long you want mine was about 45 minutes but you could do an overnight marinate.
Either oil or grease your pan or grill to warm up to cook your pork chops.
Allow the pork chops to cook and flip them as well to make sure they cook properly.
Plate and place on marinated onions on top of the pork chops for more flavor.
