Easy Cinnamon Roll Casserole

This Easy Cinnamon Roll Casserole is perfect to make for any lazy weekend morning or Christmas morning. Since it's made out of prepackaged cinnamon roll there is hardly any prep work, plus they can be picked up for a stock price making for a frugal breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Cinnamon Roll Casserole Ingredients:
  • 2 17.5 oz. can refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place the icing container son the stove (this allows them to thaw out a bit while the casserole bakes)

  3. Spray 9X13 pan with nonstick spray
  4. Cut each cinnamon roll into about sixths from the package
  5. In a bowl combine eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined
  6. Place the cut up cinnamon rolls into your 9X13
  7. Evenly pour together the egg mixtures over the cut up cinnamon rolls
  8. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the top is a nice golden brown
  9. Mix together the icing ingredients, add more milk if necessary if the icing turns out to be too thick and whisk until the consistency is smooth
  10. Pour icing evenly over the casserole
  11. Serve and enjoy!

Cinnamon Roll Casserole Icing Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 containers reserved icing
  • 2 Tbsp. cream cheese softened
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
