Grilled BBQ Wings are a great for summer time grilling!! I love that these are only three ingredients and they are ingredients I have in my house as staples
Pour your soy sauce into a gallon food storage bag.
Next, place the wingettes into the bag and mix it around to cover it.
Allow your wingettes to set int he bag and get your grill ready.
Spray your grill with nonstick spray, or rub down with oil, and fire it up. Watch for your grill to warm mine hit 300 fairly quickly.
Use tongs to pull the wingettes out of the bag. I shook them in the bag to get excess soy sauce off the wings and place them on the top rack of the grill.
Allow your wings to cook for about 8-10 minutes and flip them. The will turn slightly golden even with the soy sauce.
While the other side is browning grab a silicone brush and put your bbq sauce in a bowl or container.
Once your wings are browned coat both sides in bbq sauce heavily with your brush and let them sit on the grill for a couple minutes to allow the sauce to almost carmelize. You won't want to leave them there to long or the sauce will blacken. I flipped mine to make sure both sides had the chance to thicken. them there too long or the sauce will blacken. I flipped mine to make sure both sides had the chance to thicken.
