Instructions
Prepare your white rice I throw mine in a rice cooker to make while doing the rest of the steps.
Dice up your chicken into small pieces.
In a frying pan warm up a little bit of olive oil and minced garlic.
Once the pan is warm and in your chicken to allow it to start to cook.
In another pan scramble your eggs, I do a dozen.
Chop up your green onion too, or use a pair of scissors
Prepare your carrots and peas, either cook them in a pan of water or steam them in the microwave.
Once your chicken and rice are done cooking start to combine everything to make your fried rice.
