Weight Watchers AKA WW has been a part of my life since November of 2011! Right now that is over 7 years of points. I hit goal the first time August of 2014 and hit it again in December of 2018. As I completed to a friend who isn’t on Weight Watchers about just missing my lifetime weight number (Like 2 for weeks) she said maybe Weight Watchers goal weight isn’t realistic for you. I responded back to her, “The problem is me not Weight Watchers, they aren’t making me veer off plan.” (I have included affiliate links to products I love. Now I had responded to my friend without even thinking. That was a dose of reality when it hit me what I had said. It would be so much easier for me to stay above my goal weight number but in reality, I wasn’t doing the Weight Watcher plan like I should be doing. It’s not Weight Watcher’s plan I keep falling off plan and off track!

Why I Don’t Regret Paying For Weight Watchers:
The weight gains would have been worse-> Now even though I wasn’t on plan I always still had Weight Watchers in my head. I kept paying for e-tools, so I woudl randomly remember to check the point value when picking food out. So while even though I wasn’t on game plan, I can imagine how much more I would have gained during the time frame without having been on the WW plan before.
I wouldn’t have discovered my love of being active- > Even though I wasn’t doing the best food choices I was still using my Fitbit nonstop, doing things like hiking, running, and just, in general, moving more then I had ever moved before starting WW. I had not discovered running until I meet a lady in my meetings who 5+ years later is still a good friend of mine. I ran a marathon while I wasn’t at goal weight and countless other races as well!

The people-> Even though my attendance wasn’t the most consistent there was always ladies from my meetings who would check up on me and see how I was doing. Some would reach out with new recipes, to meet for a run, or to just check on me. When I went thru my divorce some of these women were the most supportive thru it all, both the before and the after.
