Weight Watchers Brownies!! Sound like an amazing treat right?? Well, mine was a fail. I was so excited to try them after seeing posts in different Weight Watchers groups about how amazing they are and then mine turned out awful. (I have included links to some great products that I have bought on my own and we love. You can buy them as well through my online sales links)
I mean they weren’t just bad but they were so bad even my kiddos wouldn’t finish eating any of them!! I am not sure if it was the mix we used but I am thinking I am too nervous to try them again! My brownies turned out heavy and not very flavorful! If you do end up trying them out let me know how they turn out! I have been looking all over for low-calorie brownie desserts but so far have not had much luck with any I have tried out.

I’ve heard of using canned pumpkin with chocolate cake mix- never tried it but I’ve heard the flavor is not bad. But SODA with brownie mix? Yuck. My advice? Go right ahead and make the brownies as directed on the package. If you MUST diet, then go with diet chocolate shakes ( I use the Slimfast powder, it’s cheapest, add 1/3 cup pasteurized liquid egg per 8 ounces WHOLE milk- which helps you stay full longer). Sometimes I add a spoonful of Ovaltine malt when I want a richer shake.

I have seen the pumpkin one too!! I am going to try it out this week. There were several that swore by the diet coke and brownie mix. Just did not taste right to me
