Getting old is for the birds, and if only we didn’t have to get older. Thankfully companies like Viva Naturals make amazing Women’s multivitamins and other supplements as well as other supplements. Thank you to Viva Naturals for sponsoring this post. All opinions are truthful to my experience with the product. This post contains affiliate links that will earn me a small commission when used to order from Viva Naturals.

One thing I have always needed extra is iron, but to take a straight iron supplement, in my experience, has always been hard on my stomach.  I love that the Viva Naturals has extra iron in it, plus it supports digestive health!  You can head on over -> here and use code CEG to save 10%!

One part of taking vitamins and supplements is building them into your routine.  I take mine every morning with either breakfast or a protein shake.  Taking it first thing in the morning before I get distracted by everyday life, or face it and forget about it altogether.  I group my other supplement with the multivitimain; vitamin d gummies from Viva Naturals are currently in my supplements right now.  Living in Washington with not much sun getting in extra vitamin d is important, and what better way than an easy gummy?

About Viva Naturals:

Their Core values are making the world a better place, delivering a vina experience by treating all fairly and respectfully, and always looking to find a better way.  That means finding high-quality, non-GMO products and their party-tested supplements for their customers.  Many of their products are certified organic, including the Women’s multivitamin, and have many important nutrients.

Other Viva Natural Supplements for Women:

As amazing as multivitamins are, sometimes other parts of our nutrition need an extra boost. I am finding that the closer I get to 40, the more the need for some extras increases. I plan to try the Hair+Skin & Nails next to go with my other supplements and vitamins.

  • Omega-3 Fish oil
  • Vitamin D3 + B12 Gummies
  • Hair + Skin & Nails
  • Organic Tumeric Curcumin
  • Joint Support
  • Vitamin C + Zinc
