Leapfrog LeapPad Ulta is the newest product from Leapfrog!! I was sent the product in exchange for an honest review. Regardless all opinions are mine and truthful to my experience with the product. The Leapfrog LeapPad Ultra is the newest product from Leapfrog!!! I was beyond excited when I was given the chance to review this as we are huge fans of Leapfrog products!!! We have had the infant toys, the Tag Readers, Leapfrog Explorers, Leapfrog Leappad, and the Leapfrog Readers! All of them have been amazing and I was excited to see what improvements they made on the LeapPad!
Side by side you can see my favorite!! The size difference of the screen is huge!! My kids love how much larger the screen is for them to play on!!!!! We have never had the Leapfrog LeapPad 2 to compare but we do have the Leapfrog LeapPad One.
Other Improvements From LeapPad 1 To Leapfrog LeapPad Ultra:
- Larger Screen
- The rechargeable unit, not just the batteries. Plug it in and let it charge up instead of changing batteries
- Well secured pen (We are constantly losing the one on the LeapPad 1)
- Parent has their own login and password
- WiFi accessible with parent lock
- Improvement of art apps, music, and the camera quality
I love that my kids are able to use their Leapfrog Explorer games on this as well (Big sale right now on ->Amazon) so there is no need to repurchase their games for the new system! Plus my favorite place to shop -> Amazon carries it as well!
