Free Halloween Booing Printables are the perfect way to have fun in your neighborhood this Halloween! I cannot believe that Halloween is creeping up on us already. Halloween is becoming one of our favorite times of year. We love to decorate the house, pick out costumes, and pumpkin carving of course! Last year (and would you believe we never figured it out) someone in our neighborhood booed our family! You can imagine how excited we were to open the door and find the basket of goodies! We decided this year we had to boo someone to return the gesture and hopefully keep the tradition going!
Not sure what booing a family means? Booing is where you surprise a family with a basket of Halloween goodies; you can include candy, decorations, party favors, etc. and then leave it on their doorstep without them knowing.
Ideas For Items to Include in a Boo Basket:
Candy
Pencils and Pens
Spider Rings
Window Clings
Halloween Cups

Creating your Boo Basket is the most fun part of booing someone! There are so many things you can include in the basket, the possibilities are endless. After choosing our bowl and all the ingredients we placed the window clings along the back and put some stuffing on the bottom. Next, we put in the candy from the Kit Kat/Reese’s Miniatures Variety Bag and Hershey Green Monster Variety Bag. Finally, we put in the rest of our goodies and we were all set! Be sure to print out a set of directions -> here and a We’ve Been Booed Sign -> here to include in the basket.
We wrapped ours up with cobwebs to give it a great spooky effect. The last step is sneaking it onto your neighbor’s porch; we headed out right before we knew they would be leaving for the day. It was fun to hear them talk later that day about how excited they were to find it, just remember not to say you did it!
Were you ever Booed? Does your neighborhood have any similar traditions?
