Free Things To Do With Kids This Spring!! It is hard to believe that winter is almost over, and this winter was brutal on this part of Washington this year! I am excited for the warmer weather but staying on a budget is important, even better to find things for free to do. (I have included affiliate links to products I love. Now while we only had snow for a bit some areas have had it worse. Finally, the weather is getting warmer and you feel you might actually be able to go outside- Yay! There are signs of spring all around. There are so many fun things to do in spring but sometimes as we ache so deeply for summer swim weather we forget that spring has so much to offer. We all know waiting for summer will not make it come any faster so why not head out and enjoy!

Ways to explore, create and accomplish some of your necessary spring tasks with your kids. These are fun ways to create lasting memories while enjoying some of nature’s most beautiful treasures! The weather is warm, the skies are blue and there is new life all around. One of the things I love most about warm weather is the fact that my house stays a little bit cleaner- a little bit longer. Why not get those kids out and let them be themselves- exploring, getting a little dirty and looking on in awe as the world is blossoming all around them. You’ll feel great finally being outside and believe me, your kids and your house will thank you for it.

I love these ideas! We have a huge park in our downtown center with 5 different themed playgrounds so we often do a “park hop” there and the kids stay entertained for hours 🙂

We here in MN are lucky to have tons of museums that offer free days at least once a month. Are arboretum also does this quite often. Granted, it is usually pretty busy, but if you can handle the crowd, it is a great way to save. We also love just walking around Ikea or Mall of America.
